SOUTH STREAM: BULGARIA OR NOT
SOFIA, August 05. /ITAR-TASS/. South Stream in Bulgaria until the European Commission makes a decision, Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev said on Tuesday.
"I support South Stream project construction according to European rules. But until the EC makes a decision, South Stream in Bulgaria will be frozen," he said.
The President earlier announced parliament dissolution and a technical government. Professor of international law Georgi Bliznashki has been appointed as interim Prime Minister.
