Под сопредседательством Министра энергетики Российской Федерации Александра Новака и Министра нефти Кувейта Иссама Аль-Марзука состоялось заседание Мониторингового комитета стран ОПЕК и не входящих в ОПЕК государств по отслеживанию выполнения обязательств по скоординированному сокращению добычи нефти.

All the countries are observing the agreement on cutting the output, Russia's Minister of Energy Alexander Novak told a news conference on Sunday.

Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih said OPEC’s 13 nations and 11 producers outside the cartel had made collective cuts totaling 1.5 million barrels a day since agreements were struck in late November and early December. Oil prices have risen nearly 20% since those deals were made, despite widespread skepticism over whether OPEC and other producers would follow through.

India’s double-digit LNG import growth took a breather in the month of December, falling 2.9% on year, according to oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell.

The tanker is the first of a new class of icebreaking LNG carriers that will open an export route from Siberia to the Pacific — reducing Russia’s dependence on selling gas through pipelines to Europe.

Full-year 2016 revenue of $27.8 billion decreased 22% year-on-year, despite three quarters of activity from the Cameron Group that contributed $4.2 billion in revenue. Excluding Cameron, consolidated revenue declined 34%.

International benchmark Brent crude prices were up 68 cents at $54.84 a barrel at 0950 GMT. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures were trading up 63 cents at $52 a barrel.

U.S. oil production will up 41 tbd, gas production will up 330 mcfd.

Cnooc said it plans to lift capital spending to between Rmb60bn and RMB70bn this year, from budgeted capex of Rmb50.3bn in 2016. It intends to produce between 450m and 460m barrels of oil equivalent this year, compared with an estimated 476m last year.
