This is the next step of BASF’s and Adani’s investment plans as announced in January 2019. With the inclusion of ADNOC and Borealis as potential partners, the parties are examining various structuring options for the chemical complex that will leverage the technical, financial and operational strengths of each company. The total investment is estimated to be up to US$4 billion.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company,ADNOC, signed today a comprehensive strategic framework agreement with the Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft,Gazprom Neft, to explore new opportunities for collaboration in both the upstream and downstream sectors, as well as in artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies.

The Abu Dhabi Government and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, ADNOC, have awarded to a subsidiary of the Russian listed PJSC Lukoil Oil Company, LUKOIL, a five percent stake in the Ghasha ultra-sour gas concession that comprises the Hail, Ghasha, Dalma and other offshore sour gas fields in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. At the same time, ADNOC, LUKOIL, and the Management Company of Russian Direct Investment Fund, RDIF, signed a framework agreement to explore potential future cooperation in relation to the Ghasha concession.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced, today, the award of multi-billion-dollar contracts for the procurement of casing and tubing as it drives value through its smart approach to procurement. The combined scope of the three contracts awarded is one of the world’s largest in this category, maximizing value for ADNOC across its drilling value chain and underpinning its strategy to deliver a more profitable upstream business.

The new cost estimate of $60 billion for the refinery was given to Saudi Arabia’s energy minister Khalid al-Falih at a meeting with Indian Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan last month in New Delhi, said the four sources familiar with the talks between the two ministers.
