ПОСТАВКИ РОСНЕФТИ В ЕГИПЕТ

Председатель Правления ОАО «НК «Роснефть» Игорь Сечин и Председатель Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) Халед Абделбадие подписали Основные условия контрактов на будущую поставку сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) в адрес египетской компании.

Подписанный документ определяет основные условия будущего сотрудничества двух компаний в сфере поставок СПГ.

Реализация положений подписанных Основных условий позволит «Роснефти» получить доступ к египетскому рынку газа, обладающим существенным потенциалом роста, а также расширить сотрудничество между компаниями. Кроме того, сотрудничество с EGAS позволит «Роснефти» усилить свои позиции на мировом рынке трейдинга СПГ.

Председатель Правления ОАО «НК «Роснефть» Игорь Сечин и Генеральный Директор Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) Тарек Эл-Молла подписали Основные условия будущих контрактов на поставку нефтепродуктов и сжиженного углеводородного газа (СУГ) в адрес египетской компании.

Документ, подписанный в продолжение договоренностей, достигнутых в рамках Петербургского Международного Экономического Форума, определяет ряд ключевых условий будущего сотрудничества двух компаний в сфере прямых поставок нефтепродуктов и СУГ. «Роснефть» и EGPC рассчитывают, что обязывающие соглашения в соответствии с заключенными основными условиями будут подписаны в течение третьего квартала 2015.

Реализация положений подписанных Основных условий позволит «Роснефти» существенно нарастить объем сотрудничества с Египтом и EGPC и усилить свои позиции, как поставщика нефтепродуктов и СУГ на рынки Северной Африки. Кроме того, партнерство с египетской компанией усилит трейдинговый потенциал «Роснефти», как в региональном, так и глобальном масштабе.

«Роснефть» c начала 2015 г. является аккредитованным контрагентом государственной Египетской нефтяной корпорации (EGPC) и принимает участие во всех тендерах на спотовые поставки нефтепродуктов и сжиженных углеводородных газов (СУГ) в Египет. К настоящему времени Компания выиграла право на поставку 425 тыс. тонн нефтепродуктов на сумму около $150 млн., с поставками с апреля по июнь 2015 г.

Rosneft Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin and Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) General Director Tarek El-Molla signed a Term Sheet for prospective supplies of oil products and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) delivered by Rosneft to the Egyptian company.

The document, signed in continuation of agreements reached at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum defines key terms of cooperation between the companies in the area of oil products and LPG direct supplies. Rosneft and EGPC expect binding agreements based on the agreed Term Sheet to be signed within the third quarter of 2015.

Execution of the terms of the signed document will allow Rosneft to significantly expand the cooperation with Egypt and EGPC as well as strengthening Rosneft's position as a supplier of oil product and LPG in Northern Africa. Moreover the partnership with the Egyptian company will boost Rosneft trading potential both on a regional and global scale.

The document defines key terms of the future cooperation between the companies in the area of LNG supplies.

The implementation of the terms of the signed document will allow Rosneft to access the high growth potential Egyptian gas market and deepen broader cooperation between the two companies. In addition the cooperation with EGAS will allow Rosneft to strengthen its position in the global LNG trading market.

Rosneft has been an accredited supplier of the state-owned Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation since the beginning of 2015 and participates in all tenders for spot supplies of oil products and liquefied petroleum gases. So far, Rosneft has won the right to supply 425,000 mt of oil products totaling approximately $150 mln for supplies in April, May & June 2015.

The strategic development of the Egyptian gas sector is being overseen by the state-owned Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company particularly in the fields of upstream operations and logistics, refining and liquefying of natural gas.

Egypt has the highest demand for gas in Africa and is currently actively importing gas for domestic consumption.
