The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is unchanged from last week at 21 and down 12 rigs year over year.
Canadian Rig Count is up 22 rigs from last week to 176, with oil rigs up 13 to 89, gas rigs up 10 to 87, and miscellaneous rigs down 1 to 0.
