РУССКИЙ ДОЛГ ВЕНЕСУЭЛЫ: $3.15 МЛРД.

МИНФИН РОССИИ - Минфин России информирует о состоявшемся сегодня подписании межправительственного Протокола, предусматривающего реструктуризацию задолженности Венесуэлы перед Россией по Соглашению от 8 декабря 2011 г. о предоставлении Венесуэле государственного кредита.

Сумма консолидированного долга Венесуэлы составила 3,15 млрд. долл. США, новый график погашения задолженности предусматривает платежи в течение 10 лет, объем которых в первые 6 лет минимален.

Облегчение долгового бремени, предоставляемое Республике в результате реструктуризации задолженности, позволит направить высвободившиеся средства на развитие экономики страны, улучшит платёжеспособность дебитора, повысит шансы всех кредиторов на возврат ранее предоставленных Венесуэле кредитов.

REUTERS - Further complicating the situation, S&P Global Ratings declared Venezuela in selective default after it failed to make coupon payments on bonds due in 2019 and 2024 within a 30-day grace period. The step to restructure debt comes as Venezuela stands to receive more revenue for its oil. The country’s crude oil basket price rose to CNY350.75 ($52.90) a barrel Friday, the highest since July 2015. And Venezuela did approve a $1.1 billion principal payment on a PDVSA bond on Thursday.
