МИНФИН РОССИИ - Средняя цена на нефть Urals за период мониторинга с 15 ноября по 14 декабря 2017 года составила $62,53932 за баррель, или $456,5 за тонну. Согласно расчетам Минфина России экспортная пошлина на нефть в РФ с 1 января 2018 года повысится на $6,4 и составит $111,4 за тонну.
Пошлина на высоковязкую нефть повысится до $ 17,9 с $16,8.
Льготная ставка пошлины на нефть для ряда месторождений Восточной Сибири, каспийских месторождений и Приразломного месторождения в связи с новой формулой расчета, принятой в рамках налогового маневра в нефтяной отрасли, с 1 февраля 2015 года остается на нулевом уровне.
Пошлина на светлые нефтепродукты и масла составит $33,4 за тонну, на темные - $111,4.
Пошлина на экспорт товарного бензина повысится до $33,4, прямогонного (нафта) - до $61,2 с $57,7 за тонну.
Пошлина на сжиженный газ остается на нулевом уровне.
Пошлина на кокс повысится до $7,2 с $6,8 за тонну.
В настоящее время экспортная пошлина на нефть составляет $105 за тонну.

FRB - Industrial production moved up 0.2 percent in November after posting an upwardly revised increase of 1.2 percent in October. Manufacturing production also rose 0.2 percent in November, its third consecutive monthly gain. The output of utilities dropped 1.9 percent. The index for mining increased 2.0 percent, as oil and gas extraction returned to normal levels after being held down in October by Hurricane Nate. Excluding the post-hurricane rebound in oil and gas extraction, total industrial production would have been unchanged in November. Total industrial production was 106.4 percent of its 2012 average in November and was 3.4 percent above its year-earlier level. Capacity utilization for the industrial sector was 77.1 percent in November, a rate that is 2.8 percentage points below its long-run (1972–2016) average.

BEA - The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, through the Department of Commerce, announced today that the goods and services deficit was $48.7 billion in October, up $3.8 billion from $44.9 billion in September, revised. October exports were $195.9 billion, down less than $0.1 billion from September exports. October imports were $244.6 billion, $3.8 billion more than September imports.

API - Total petroleum deliveries in October moved up by 1.1 percent from October 2016 to average 19.9 million barrels per day. These were the highest October deliveries in 10 years, since 2007. Compared with September, total domestic petroleum deliveries, a measure of U.S. petroleum demand, decreased 1.8 percent. For year-to-date, total domestic petroleum deliveries moved up 1.2 percent compared to the same period last year.

FRB - Industrial production rose 0.9 percent in October, and manufacturing increased 1.3 percent. The index for utilities rose 2.0 percent, but mining output fell 1.3 percent, as Hurricane Nate caused a sharp but short-lived decline in oil and gas drilling and extraction. Even so, industrial activity was boosted in October by a return to normal operations after Hurricanes Harvey and Irma suppressed production in August and September. Excluding the effects of the hurricanes, the index for total output advanced about 0.3 percent in October, and the index for manufacturing advanced about 0.2 percent.

The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, through the Department of Commerce, announced today that the goods and services deficit was $43.5 billion in September, up $0.7 billion from $42.8 billion in August, revised. September exports were $196.8 billion, $2.1 billion more than August exports. September imports were $240.3 billion, $2.8 billion more than August imports.
