IMF BUYS IRAQ
The completion of the second review allows the authorities to draw the equivalent of SDR 584.2 million (about US$ 824.8 million), bringing total disbursements to SDR 1494.2 million about US$ 2109.7 million. The SDR 3.831 billion arrangement (about US$5.34 billion at the time of approval of the arrangement) was approved in July, 2016 and the first review was completed on December 5, 2016.

INDIA'S LPG WILL UP 10%
India's LPG imports are expected to rebound from July onwards and is on track for a 10% annual increase in the current fiscal 2017-2018 (April-March), after plunging to the lowest in two years in June, trade sources from four oil and gas companies in India said recently.

NABORS NET LOSS $282 MLN
Nabors Industries Ltd. ("Nabors" or the "Company") (NYSE: NBR) reported second quarter 2017 operating revenues of $631 million, compared to operating revenues of $563 million in the prior quarter. Net income from continuing operations attributable to Nabors for the quarter was a loss of $117 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, compared to a loss of $149 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2017. The second quarter results include $7.3 million in net after-tax charges, or $0.03 per diluted share, primarily due to premiums paid on a debt redemption.

TRANSCANADA'S NET INCOME $881 MLN
TransCanada Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TransCanada or the Company) announced net income attributable to common shares for second quarter 2017 of $881 million or $1.01 per share compared to net income of $365 million or $0.52 per share for the same period in 2016. Comparable earnings for second quarter 2017 were $659 million or $0.76 per share compared to $366 million or $0.52 per share for the same period in 2016. TransCanada's Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2017, equivalent to $2.50 per common share on an annualized basis.

OIL PRICE: ABOVE $52
U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures briefly jumped over $50 per barrel on Monday and were at $49.97 per barrel at 0654 GMT, still up 25 cents, or 0.5 percent from their last close. That means that virtually the entire WTI curve has moved over $50 per barrel. Brent crude futures were at $52.85 per barrel, up 33 cents or 0.6 percent. Prices hit $52.90 per barrel earlier in the day, their highest since May 25.
