ПЕРЕМЕНЫ В ИРАНЕ: TOTAL - CNPC: $4 МЛРД.

ИРНА - Министр нефти Ирана Бижан Намдар Зангане заявил, что французская компания Total вышла из проекта развития газового месторождения 11-й фазы Южного Парса,и китайская компания CNPC официально заменила её.

"Мы должны договориться с китайской компанией CNPC, чтобы уточнить, когда она начнёт свою работу в Иране", заявил Зангане.

В июле прошлого года был заключён контракт на 4,3 млрд. долларов для развития 11-й фазы газового месторождения Южного Парса между французской компанией Total общей долей на 50,1%, CNPC - 30% и Petropars из Ирана - 19,9%. Но, Total после объявления о выходе США из ядерной сделки по Ирану заявила, что она покинет проект, если не освободится от санкций.

В то время Иран предложил Total 2 месяца, чтобы получить полное освобождение от США, и наконец она объявила, что Соединённые Штаты отказались от предоставления освобождения.

Замена компании CNPC на Южном Парсе означает, что сейчас компания имеет долю на 80,1% в проекте и должна инвестировать около 4 млрд.долларов в Южный Парс.
