OGJ - The governments of China and the Philippines have signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in oil and gas exploration and development, easing a territorial dispute in the South China Sea.

WNN - Holtec International subsidiary Holtec Asia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Maharashtra to establish a heavy manufacturing facility to support India's planned nuclear generation expansion.
