U.S. Rig Count is up 161 rigs from last year's count of 847, with oil rigs up 132, gas rigs up 30, and miscellaneous rigs down 1 to 1.
The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is up 4 rigs to 16 and down 5 rigs from last year's count of 21.
Canada Rig Count is down 9 rigs from last week to 102, with oil rigs down 7 to 41 and gas rigs down 2 to 61.
