РОССИЯ И САУДОВСКАЯ АРАВИЯ: +1,5 МБД

ПРАЙМ - РФ и Саудовская Аравия предложат ОПЕК+ поднять добычу в третьем квартале на 1,5 миллиона баррелей в сутки, а дальше принимать решение по ситуации в сентябре, заявил в субботу журналистам глава Минэнерго Александр Новак.

"Речь идет о том, что мы предлагаем это только на третий квартал. В сентябре (нужно — ред.) посмотреть ситуацию на рынке и понять, что делать дальше. Сейчас в третьем квартале будет рост спроса, поэтому такие предложения реально целесообразны", — сказал Новак.

"Мы предлагаем поднять в третьем квартале на 1,5 (миллиона — ред.), а потом посмотреть на ситуацию на рынке", — добавил он.

Новак в четверг заявил, что Россия и Саудовская Аравия выступают за постепенное наращивание добычи нефти, и страны ОПЕК+ могли бы рассмотреть увеличение добычи в объеме до 1,5 миллиона баррелей в сутки в рамках смягчения венской сделки.

ОПЕК и ряд не входящих в организацию стран (ОПЕК+) договорились в конце 2016 года в Вене о сокращении своей добычи нефти суммарно на 1,8 миллиона баррелей в сутки с уровня октября 2016 года, из которых 300 тысяч приходятся на Россию. Сделка стартовала с начала 2017 года и уже дважды продлевалась, последний раз — до конца 2018 года.
