ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ "ЯМАЛ СПГ"

НОВАТЭК - 30 сентября 2019 года. В связи с решением Управления по контролю за иностранными активами Министерства финансов Соединённых Штатов Америки («OFAC») от 25 сентября 2019 г. о включении COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. и COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Seaman & Ship Management Co. в вашингтонский список особых лиц (SDN) за предполагаемое нарушение связанных с Ираном санкций и официальным заявлением Teekay LNG Partners L.P. («Teekay LNG») по данному поводу, ПАО «НОВАТЭК» считает необходимым сообщить следующее.

Компания Teekay LNG через свои аффилированные лица и совместные предприятия владеет 4-мя СПГ-танкерами класса Arc7, осуществляющими перевозку СПГ для проекта «Ямал СПГ».

Данные перевозки не имеют отношения к наложенным на COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. и COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Seaman & Ship Management Co санкциям. Вопрос урегулирования сложившейся ситуации находится в рамках взаимоотношений Teekay LNG и China LNG Shipping (Holdings) Limited.

Проект «Ямал СПГ» обладает необходимыми возможностями для обеспечения поставок покупателям производимого СПГ в соответствии с контрактными обязательствами в рамках согласованных графиков.

NOVATEK - 30 September 2019. In respect of the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") order of including COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. and COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Seaman & Ship Management Co. into the Iran-related Specially Designated Nationals ("SDN") list, as well as Teekay LNG Partners L.P. ("Teekay LNG") statement, NOVATEK issues the following statement.

Teekay LNG, through its affiliates and joint ventures, owns four (4) Arc7 LNG tankers conducting LNG shipments for the Yamal LNG project.

These specific LNG shipments are not related to the sanctions imposed on COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. and COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Seaman & Ship Management Co. The issue to resolve this situation is a business relations matter between Teekay LNG and China LNG Shipping (Holdings) Limited.

The Yamal LNG project has all the necessary capacities to ensure supplies of LNG produced to customers in accordance with contractual obligations within the agreed timelines.
