НОВАТЭК- в рамках встречи Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации Д.А. Медведева и Премьер-министра Социалистической Республики Вьетнам Нгуен Суан Фука, ПАО «НОВАТЭК» (далее «НОВАТЭК» и/или Компания)и Народный комитет провинции Ниньтхуан Социалистической Республики Вьетнам подписали Меморандум о взаимопонимании по развитию интегрированного проекта электрогенерации с использованием сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) во Вьетнаме.
Реализуемый совместно с Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Total Gas & Power Business Services S.A.S и Vietnam A&A Technology Investment Co. Ltd. проект предусматривает поставку СПГ в Социалистическую Республику Вьетнам с использованием существующей инфраструктуры, развитие новой инфраструктуры, включая строительство регазацификационного терминала СПГ и строительство новых газовых электростанций на территории Социалистической Республики Вьетнам.
«Темпы роста экономики Вьетнама определяют дополнительный спрос на электроэнергию, который может быть обеспечен наиболее эффективным способом за счет развития газовой генерации, что открывает нам большие перспективы для роста поставок СПГ по конкурентной цене на рынок Вьетнама, – отметил Председатель Правления «НОВАТЭКа» Леонид Михельсон. – Поддержка провинцией Ниньтхуан данного проекта будет способствовать его успешной реализации».

VIETNAM, RUSSIA LNG
NOVATEK- PAO NOVATEK ("NOVATEK" and/or the "Company") announced that the Company and the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to develop an integrated energy-generating project with the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) within the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The MOU was signed in the presence of Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, and Prime Minister of the Government of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
The energy-generating project provides for the delivery of LNG utilizing existing infrastructure as well as developing new infrastructure, including the construction of an LNG regasification terminal and new gas-fired power plants within Vietnam. Partners of the proposed project include Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Total Gas & Power Business Services S.A.S and Vietnam A&A Technology Investment Co. Ltd.
"The strong economic growth within Vietnam generates additional demand for energy, which can be sustainably met with the development of an integrated gas generation project. The building of gas-fired power generation increases the demand for us to provide competitively priced LNG supplies to the country. This project could be realized in a relatively short period of time with the support of the Ninh Thuan province," noted NOVATEK's Chairman of Management Board Leonid Mikhelson.

NOVATEK, TechnipFMC "ARCTIC LNG 2"
NOVATEK announced that its joint venture Arctic LNG 2 and TechnipFMC signed a contract on engineering, procurement, supply, construction and commissioning of an integrated liquefied natural gas facility with annual liquefaction capacity of 19.8 million tons under the Arctic LNG 2 project. The contract terms provide for the launch of the first train of the project in 2023.

VIETNAM'S GROWTH 6.5%
The outlook for Vietnam’s economy remains sound, aided by its strong fundamentals, diversified trade structure, and by the authorities’ commitment to macroeconomic stability and private sector-led growth. However, a soft landing of growth is expected, to 6.5 percent in 2019 and over the medium term, reflecting weak external conditions. Inflation is expected to pick up slightly in 2019 on the back of administered price increases but should remain below the authorities’ four percent target.

NOVATEK'S LNG UP
PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that its joint venture with Gazprombank Cryogas-Vysotsk has commenced full-scale production of liquefied natural gas (LNG). During the official ceremony at the port of Vysotsk, Russian President Vladimir Putin has formally started the Cryogas-Vysotsk LNG project.
