ЛУКОЙЛ - 12 августа 2019 г. - ЛУКОЙЛ ОПУБЛИКОВАЛ ПРЕДВАРИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ЗА ВТОРОЙ КВАРТАЛ И ШЕСТЬ МЕСЯЦЕВ 2019 ГОДА

За шесть месяцев 2019 года среднесуточная добыча углеводородов Группой «ЛУКОЙЛ» без учета проекта Западная Курна-2 составила 2 352 тыс. барр. н. э./сут, что на 2,8% больше по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года. Рост добычи углеводородов в основном связан с развитием газовых проектов в Узбекистане, а также с увеличением добычи нефти в России в связи с изменением параметров внешних ограничений объемов добычи российских компаний.

Добыча нефти за шесть месяцев 2019 года без учета проекта Западная Курна-2 составила 42,6 млн т, что на 1,3% выше уровня шести месяцев 2018 года. Во втором квартале 2019 года добыча нефти в среднесуточном выражении была на 0,6% ниже уровня первого квартала 2019 года, что обусловлено внешними ограничениями объемов добычи российских компаний.

Продолжилась активная работа по развитию приоритетных проектов.
В частности, на месторождении им. В. Филановского добыча нефти за шесть месяцев 2019 года выросла на 12% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года. Во втором квартале 2019 года на второй добывающей платформе месторождения были введены в эксплуатацию восьмая и девятая скважины, обе добывающие.

В результате реализации программы бурения на второй очереди месторождения им. Ю. Корчагина за шесть месяцев 2019 года добыча нефти на месторождении выросла на 30% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года.

Разработка Ярегского месторождения и пермокарбоновой залежи Усинского месторождения, включая ввод новых парогенераторных мощностей, позволила нарастить добычу высоковязкой нефти за шесть месяцев 2019 года до 2,4 млн тонн, или на 18% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года.

Продолжилось развитие проектов роста в Западной Сибири. Суммарная добыча нефти и газового конденсата на месторождениях им. В. Виноградова, Имилорском и Пякяхинском за шесть месяцев 2019 года выросла на 15% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года.

Доля вышеперечисленных проектов в суммарной добыче нефти Группой «ЛУКОЙЛ» без учета проекта Западная Курна-2 составила за шесть месяцев 2019 года 18% по сравнению с 16% за шесть месяцев 2018 года.

Добыча газа Группой «ЛУКОЙЛ» за шесть месяцев 2019 года составила 17,4 млрд куб. м, что на 8% больше по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года. Основным фактором роста добычи газа стало развитие проектов в Узбекистане.

Благодаря запуску в апреле 2018 года второй очереди газоперерабатывающего комплекса на проекте Кандым добыча газа в Узбекистане за шесть месяцев 2019 года выросла до 7,0 млрд куб. м (в доле Группы «ЛУКОЙЛ»), что на 18% больше, чем за шесть месяцев 2018 года.

Снижение добычи газа за рубежом во втором квартале по сравнению с первым кварталом 2019 года связано с сезонностью, а также с проектами в Узбекистане, в том числе с плановым ремонтом на Кандымском ГПК и ограничением по техническим причинам приема газа проекта Гиссар со стороны Шуртанского ГХК (АО «Узбекнефтегаз»).

За шесть месяцев 2019 года объем переработки нефтяного сырья на НПЗ Группы «ЛУКОЙЛ» составил 33,5 млн тонн, что на 2,0% больше, чем за шесть месяцев 2018 года. Во втором квартале 2019 года объем переработки в среднесуточном выражении практически не изменился по сравнению с первым кварталом 2019 года.

Объем переработки в России за шесть месяцев 2019 года вырос на 1,8% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года, до 21,7 млн тонн. Рост в основном обусловлен увеличением загрузки Нижегородского НПЗ. Снижение объема переработки во втором квартале по сравнению с первым кварталом 2019 года связано с плановым ремонтом на Пермском НПЗ.

Объем переработки в Европе за шесть месяцев 2019 года вырос на 2,2% по сравнению с шестью месяцами 2018 года, до 11,8 млн тонн. Рост связан с ремонтом на НПЗ в Болгарии в первом квартале 2018 года. Рост объема переработки во втором квартале по сравнению с первым кварталом 2019 года связан с перебоями в первом квартале в поставках сырья через порт Новороссийск из-за погодных условий.

In the first quarter of 2019 LUKOIL Group's average hydrocarbon production excluding the West Qurna-2 project was 2,379 thousand boe per day, which is 4.1% higher year-on-year and 0.3% higher quarter-on-quarter. The increase was mainly driven by the development of gas projects in Uzbekistan.

LUKOIL - Monday, August 12, 2019 - LUKOIL REPORTS PRELIMINARY OPERATING DATA FOR THE SECOND QUARTER AND SIX MONTHS OF 2019

For the six months of 2019 LUKOIL Group's average hydrocarbon production excluding the West Qurna-2 project was 2,352 thousand boe per day, which is 2.8% higher year-on-year. The increase was mainly driven by the development of gas projects in Uzbekistan, as well as oil production growth in Russia due to change in terms of the external limitations of Russian companies' production volumes.

Oil production excluding the West Qurna-2 project for the six months of 2019 totaled 42.6 million tonnes, which is 1.3% higher year-on-year. In the second quarter of 2019 oil production appeared 0.6% lower quarter-on-quarter in average daily terms, which was attributable to the external limitations of Russian companies' production volumes.

Active development of the priority projects was on track. In particular, for the six months of 2019 oil production at the V. Filanovsky field increased by 12% year-on-year. In the second quarter of 2019, the eighth and ninth wells, both producing, were commissioned at the second production platform of the field.

For the six months of 2019 oil production at the Yu. Korchagin field ramped up by 30% year-on-year owing to drilling program within the field's second development stage.

The development of the Yaregskoye field and Permian reservoir of the Usinskoye field, including the launch of new steam-generating facilities, led to increase of high viscosity oil production for the six months of 2019 by 18% year-on-year, to 2.4 million tonnes.

The development of growth projects in West Siberia also continued. The aggregate oil and gas condensate production at the V. Vinogradov, Imilorskoye and Pyakyakhinskoye fields for the six months of 2019 increased by 15% year-on-year.

The share of the abovementioned projects in the LUKOIL Group's oil production excluding the West Qurna-2 project amounted to 18% for the six months of 2019 compared to the 16% for the six months of 2018.

For the six months of 2019, LUKOIL Group's gas production was 17.4 billion cubic meters, which is 8% higher year-on-year. The main driver of gas production growth was the development of projects in Uzbekistan.

As a result of the launch of the second stage of the Kandym gas processing plant in April, 2018, production in Uzbekistan for the six months of 2019 increased to 7.0 billion cubic meters (LUKOIL's share) which is 18% higher year-on-year.

A quarter-on-quarter decrease in gas production in the second quarter of 2019 is explained by seasonality factor, as well as by projects in Uzbekistan, in particular, by a scheduled maintenance works at Kandym gas processing complex and limitations in gas intake from Gissar project by Shurtan gas chemical complex (JSC "Uzbekneftegas") due to technical reasons.

For the six months of 2019, refinery throughput at LUKOIL Group's refineries was 33.5 million tonnes, which is 2.0% higher year-on-year. In the second quarter of 2019 refinery throughput was virtually flat quarter-on-quarter in average daily terms.

Refinery throughput in Russia for the six months of 2019 increased to 21.7 million tonnes, which is 1.8% higher year-on-year. The increase was mainly due to higher utilization rate of the Nizhny Novgorod refinery. A quarter-on-quarter decrease in refinery throughput in the second quarter of 2019 was due to scheduled maintenance works at the Perm refinery.

Refinery throughput in Europe for the six months of 2019 increased to 11.8 million tonnes, which is 2.2% higher year-on-year. The growth was driven by the maintenance works at the refinery in Bulgaria in the first quarter of 2018. A quarter-on-quarter increase in refinery throughput in the second quarter of 2019 was driven by feedstock supply disruptions through the port of Novorossiysk in the first quarter due to weather conditions.
