REUTERS - U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures CLc1 were at $60.77 a barrel at 0753 GMT, up 6 cents, or 0.1 percent, from their previous settlement. Brent crude futures LCOc1 were at $64.62 per barrel, down just 2 cents from their last close.

EIA - North Sea Brent crude oil spot prices averaged $65 per barrel (b) in February, a decrease of $4/b from the January level and the first month-over-month average decrease since June 2017. EIA forecasts Brent spot prices will average about $62/b in both 2018 and 2019 compared with an average of $54/b in 2017.

CHINA'S OIL THROUGHPUT UP TO 14.26 MBD
PLATTS - 15 Dec 2020 - China's crude oil throughput hit a fresh high of 14.26 million b/d in November, edging up 0.8% from the previous high of 14.14 million b/d in October, with a significant increase in the crude processing volume emerging from Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical starting trial runs during the month.
NBS releases data in metric tons, which S&P Global Platts converts to barrels using a 7.33 conversion factor.
On a metric tons basis, the November throughput declined 2.5% from October to 58.35 million mt.
Over January-November, Chinese refineries processed 614.41 million mt or 13.44 million b/d of crude, up 3.1% year on year on a metric tons basis, NBS data showed.
The country's crude output was 3.9 million b/d in November, up 1.2% year on year and 0.5% higher than the level in October.
China's crude production rose steadily in 2020, with a 1.6% year-on-year growth to 3.91 million b/d over January-November, NBS data showed.

CHINA GAS PRODUCTION UP
The natural gas produced in October was 11.6% higher from September and up 11.9% from a year ago, data released Nov. 16 by the National Bureau of Statistics showed.
