The U.S. Offshore Rig Count is unchanged at 16, down 5 year-over-year.
Canada Rig Count is up 11 from last week to 172, with oil rigs up 6 to 96, gas rigs up 5 to 76.
Canada Rig Count is down 72 rigs from last year's count of 244, with oil rigs down 58, gas rigs down 14.
