РУССКИЙ СПГ ДЛЯ КИТАЯ
НОВАТЭК - Москва, 25 февраля 2021 года. ПАО «НОВАТЭК» (далее – «НОВАТЭК» и/или Компания) сообщает, что дочернее общество Компании Novatek Gas & Power Asia Pte. Ltd. и Shenergy Group подписали долгосрочный договор купли-продажи СПГ (далее «Договор») с проекта «Арктик СПГ 2».
Совокупный объем поставки по договору составляет более 3 млн тонн, срок действия договора – 15 лет, СПГ будет поставляться на условиях DES на терминалы в Китае.
«Наша коммерческая стратегия предусматривает диверсификацию клиентской базы и выход на конечных потребителей быстрорастущих рынков Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, и объемы производства «Арктик СПГ 2» играют важную роль для достижения долгосрочной цели Компании по бесперебойному обеспечению наших клиентов доступным и экологичным природным газом на протяжении многих десятилетий, – отметил Председатель Правления «НОВАТЭКа» Леонид Михельсон. – Рынок Китая является одним из ключевых в нашей стратегии маркетинга СПГ, и мы планируем и далее наращивать поставки сжиженного природного газа в эту страну».

ООО «Арктик СПГ 2» реализует проект по строительству трех технологических линий по производству сжиженного природного газа мощностью 6,6 млн т в год каждая и стабильного газового конденсата общей мощностью до 1,6 млн т в год. Общая мощность трех линий составит 19,8 млн т СПГ в год. Проект основан на инновационной концепции строительства с использованием оснований гравитационного типа (ОГТ) в целях снижения капитальных затрат и минимизации воздействия на экологию Арктического региона России. По состоянию на 31 декабря 2020 года, доказанные и вероятные запасы Утреннего месторождения по стандартам PRMS составили 1 434 млрд куб. м природного газа и 90 млн тонн жидких углеводородов.
Участниками Проекта являются «НОВАТЭК» (60%), Total (10%), CNPC (10%), CNOOC (10%) и Japan Arctic LNG, консорциум Mitsui & Co и JOGMEC (10%).

RUSSIA'S LNG FOR CHINA
NOVATEK - Moscow, 25 February 2021. PAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, NOVATEK Gas & Power Asia Pte. Ltd., and Shenergy Group signed a long-term LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) for the LNG produced from the Arctic LNG 2 project.
The SPA stipulates the cumulative supply of more than three (3) million tons of LNG for a term of 15 years and will be delivered to LNG terminals in China on DES basis.
“Our LNG commercial strategy is to diversify our client base and target end consumers in the fast-growing Asian Pacific region, and the LNG volumes produced from our Arctic LNG 2 project is core to our long-term objective of delivering affordable, secure and sustainable natural gas for many decades,” noted Leonid Mikhelson, NOVATEK’s Chairman of the Management Board. “The Chinese market is one of the key regions in our LNG marketing strategy, and we plan to further increase our supplies of liquefied natural gas to this country.”
Note:
Arctic LNG 2 envisages constructing three LNG liquefaction trains of 6.6 million tons per annum each, as well as cumulative gas condensate production capacity of 1.6 million tons per annum. The total LNG capacity of the three liquefaction trains will be 19.8 million tons. The Project utilizes an innovative construction concept using gravity-based structure (GBS) platforms to reduce overall capital cost and minimize the Project’s environmental footprint in the Arctic zone of Russia. As of 31 December 2020, the Utrenneye field’s 2P reserves under PRMS totaled 1,434 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 90 million tons of liquids.
The Project’s participants include: NOVATEK (60%), TOTAL (10%), CNPC (10%), CNOOC (10%) and the Japan Arctic LNG, consortium of Mitsui & Co and JOGMEC (10%).
