UAE CUT EMISSIONS BY 70%

ENERDATA - 19 May 2021 - The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has renewed its commitment to cut the country's CO2 emissions by 70% by 2050 (as defined in the Energy Strategy 2050) and to increase the use of clean energies (renewables and nuclear) by 50% by 2050. The country bets on solar and green hydrogen to reduce its emissions.
