ENERDATA5 Aug 2021 - US Wind plans to develop a new offshore wind project located in federal waters far off the coast of Maryland (United States). The 1.2 GW Momentum offshore wind project would include up to 82 turbines. The company is also developing the 270 MW Marwin offshore wind project, which would comprise 22 turbines, in Maryland.

The United States plans to deploy 30 GW of offshore wind in the country by 2030.
