REUTERS - U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures CLc1 were at $60.77 a barrel at 0753 GMT, up 6 cents, or 0.1 percent, from their previous settlement. Brent crude futures LCOc1 were at $64.62 per barrel, down just 2 cents from their last close.

EIA - North Sea Brent crude oil spot prices averaged $65 per barrel (b) in February, a decrease of $4/b from the January level and the first month-over-month average decrease since June 2017. EIA forecasts Brent spot prices will average about $62/b in both 2018 and 2019 compared with an average of $54/b in 2017.

МИНФИН РОССИИ - Средняя цена на нефть Urals за период мониторинга с 15 января по 14 февраля 2018 года составила $66,26457 за баррель, или $483,7 за тонну.

ROMANIA'S SOLAR POWER 1 GW
RENEWABLES NOW - February 16 - Romanian energy trader and developer Enero Furnizare plans to develop solar projects with a total capacity of 1GWp in Romania this year, it said.
Enero is developing five solar projects with more than 400 MWp total capacity installed in southern Romania, it said in a press release last week.
At the same time, the company is in progress to start the development of other big solar projects, with an aggregated power capacity of 600 MWp.
Enero also said it has received approval for connection to the grid of its first solar project 71 MW DC/49 MW AC, located in Dolj county, southern Romania. The project will deliver clean energy to the national grid starting December 2023.
Enero Furnizare was founded in 2002 as a consultancy and investment firm supporting the development of startups. During the last years, the company has expanded the scope of its activities with energy trading and energy projects development.
