OPEC OIL PRICE: $106.07
OPEC - Vienna, Austria, 14 April 2022--The price of OPEC basket of thirteen crudes stood at $106.07 a barrel on Wednesday, compared with $102.41 the previous day, according to OPEC Secretariat calculations.
The OPEC Reference Basket of Crudes (ORB) is made up of the following: Saharan Blend (Algeria), Girassol (Angola), Djeno (Congo), Zafiro (Equatorial Guinea), Rabi Light (Gabon), Iran Heavy (Islamic Republic of Iran), Basra Light (Iraq), Kuwait Export (Kuwait), Es Sider (Libya), Bonny Light (Nigeria), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Murban (UAE) and Merey (Venezuela).

For 2022, world oil demand growth is revised down by 0.5 mb/d to stand at 3.7 mb/d, mostly reflecting the downward revision in world economic growth. Oil demand growth is forecast at 1.9 mb/d in the OECD and 1.8 mb/d in the non-OECD.

OPEC's 13 members raised output by 60,000 b/d to 28.73 million b/d, but that was more than offset by a 160,000 b/d decline by the bloc's nine allies, who pumped 13.91 million b/d.
