Iternational Rig Count is up 16 rigs from last month to 978 with land rigs up 15 to 758, offshore rigs up 1 to 220.
International Rig Count is up 68 rigs from last year's count of 910, with land rigs up 70, offshore rigs down 2.
The average U.S. Rig Count for November was 619 down 4 from last month and down 160 year-over-year.
The average Canada Rig Count for November was 197 up 5 rig from last month count of 192 and down 4 year-over-year.
The Worldwide Rig Count for November was 1,794, up 17 from the 1,777 counted in October 2023, and down 96, from the 1,890 counted in November 2022.

OPEC+ ONLINE MEETING
With global oil demand set to moderate in the first quarter of 2024, the OPEC+ alliance appears set to extend its production cuts, though the duration is yet to be determined, analysts say. As well, deeper cuts could be considered, some OPEC+ officials have hinted.

The committee reaffirmed the commitment of its member countries to the DoC which extends to the end of 2024 as agreed in the 35th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting (ONOMM) on 4th of June 2023.
