BAKER HUGHES - July 7, 2023 - International Rig Count is up 2 rigs from last month to 967 with land rigs up 13 to 742, offshore rigs down 11 to 225.
International Rig Count is up 143 rigs from last year's count of 824, with land rigs up 121, offshore rigs up 22.
The average U.S. Rig Count for June was 687 down 41 from last month and down 52 year-over-year.
The average Canada Rig Count for June was 146 up 56 rigs from last month count of 90 and up 3 year-over-year.
The Worldwide Rig Count for June was 1,800, up 17 from the 1,783 counted in May 2023, and up 94, from the 1,706 counted in June 2022.

OIL PRICE: BRENT NEAR $77, WTI NEAR $72
Brent were up 20 cents, or 0.3%, at $76.72 a barrel, WTI gained 19 cents, also 0.3%, to $71.99 a barrel.

The Worldwide Rig Count for May was 1,783, down 25 from the 1,808 counted in April 2023, and up 155, from the 1,628 counted in May 2022.
