LIBYA'S OIL BLOCKADE: 1 MBD DOWN
"When storage tanks are full in a few days, Libya's oil production will be limited to 72,000 b/d from offshore fields and Wafa oil field, from over 1.20 million b/d yesterday," a spokesman from National Oil Corporation said late Sunday.

Schlumberger CEO Olivier Le Peuch commented, “Full-year revenue for 2019 was $32.9 billion, a level essentially flat with 2018. Overall performance was positive—particularly in the international markets—and we generated $2.7 billion in free cash flow, which was a remarkable achievement under these market conditions. Full-year pretax segment operating margin of 12%, however, was slightly down year-on-year.

NOVATEK PRODUCTION +7.5%
In 2019, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 590.1 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), including 74.70 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 12,148 thousand tons of liquids (gas condensate and crude oil), resulting in an increase in total hydrocarbons produced by 41.0 million boe, or by 7.5% as compared with the twelve months 2018.

OIL PRICES 2020-21: $65-$68
Brent crude oil spot prices will average $65 per barrel (b) in 2020 and $68/b in 2021, compared with an average of $64/b in 2019. EIA expects West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil prices will average about $5.50/b lower than Brent prices through 2020 and 2021, compared with an average WTI discount of about $7.35/b in 2019.
