The framework agreement was signed in Moscow today by Rosatom Overseas President Yevgeny Pakermanov and Nenad Popović, Serbian Minister without Portfolio in charge of Innovation and Technological Development and president of the Intergovernmental Committee for Cooperation with Russia.
