PLATTS - The Russia-UK poisoning row threatens to put renewed strain on the two countries' deep-seated energy ties, illustrated by some of the first ever LNG shipments from Russia's vast new Yamal LNG facility now arriving in the UK.

WNN - Russia has opened its uranium mining industry to foreign investment with an agreement signed yesterday between the Russia-China Investment Fund for Regional Development (RCIF), ARMZ Uranium Holding, and Priargunsky Industrial Industrial Mining and Chemical Union (PIMCU). ARMZ and PIMCU are subsidiaries of Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom.

WNN - A consortium led by Westinghouse Electric Company has completed an EU-funded project aimed at diversifying the supply of fuel to Russian-built VVER-440 reactors in Europe.

WNN - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is this week discussing the prospect of closer economic and political ties, including nuclear energy projects, in a number of African countries. Lavrov has so far visited Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, and will complete his trip to the region in Ethiopia.

Министр энергетики отметил подписание в январе 2018 года соглашения между «Сауди Арамко», концерном «Тоталь», российской газоперерабатывающей и нефтехимической компанией «СИБУР» и РФПИ о совместных инвестициях в строительство нефтехимического комплекса на территории Саудовской Аравии. Проект предполагает инвестиции на сумму более $1 млрд.

МИНЭКОНОМРАЗВИТИЯ РОССИИ - За первое полугодие 2017 г. в российскую экономику поступило в четыре раза больше немецких инвестиций, чем за весь 2016 год - 949 млн. долларов против 225 млн. долл. Также по итогам 2017 года двусторонний товарооборот увеличился на 23% и достиг 50 млрд. долл.

МИНФИН РОССИИ - Ожидаемый объем дополнительных нефтегазовых доходов федерального бюджета, связанный с превышением фактически сложившейся цены на нефть над базовым уровнем, прогнозируется в марте 2018 года в размере +238,0 млрд руб.

Объём инвестиций нарастает, за последние шесть лет он вырос примерно на 20 процентов, при этом собственно доля бюджетных инвестиций упала с 40 до 24 процентов. Корпорация инвестирует свои деньги как в новые продукты, так и в строительство собственно атомных станций.
