Приоритетное значение во всех отраслях ТЭК для России имеет импортозамещение западных технологий, оборудования и материалов. При этом сохраняется заинтересованность России в прямых иностранных инвестициях. «Приоритет будет отдаваться проектам с максимальной локализацией и полной передачей компетенций российским участникам», - заявил Александр Новак.
