CHINA'S INDUSTRY UP
REUTERS - Indeed, mining and heavy industry contributed the biggest gains in October, propelling overall industrial profits by 25.1 percent year-on-year to 745.4 billion yuan ($112.94 billion), compared with a 27.7 percent jump in September, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Monday.

OIL PRICE: ABOVE $63 TOO
BLOOMBERG - WTI for January delivery was at $58.43 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 1:25 p.m. in Singapore, up 41 cents. The contract added $1.19 to $58.02 on Wednesday. There was no settlement Thursday because of the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. and all transactions will be booked Friday. Brent for January settlement lost 14 cents, or 0.2 percent, to $63.41 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Prices rose 23 cents to $63.55 on Thursday. The global benchmark crude traded at a premium of $4.98 to WTI.

GAZPROM - Pursuant to Gazprom’s draft investment program for 2018, the overall amount of investments will stand at RUB 1,278.830 billion, with RUB 798.428 billion intended for capital investments, RUB 40.983 billion for the acquisition of non-current assets, and RUB 439.419 billion for long-term financial investments.

ГАЗПРОМ - 2017 год — особенно успешен с точки зрения расширения присутствия «Газпрома» на мировом энергетическом рынке. В прошлом году компания установила рекорд экспорта в дальнее зарубежье — 179,3 млрд куб. м. В 2017 году потребление российского газа продолжило уверенный рост — по состоянию на 22 ноября «Газпром» поставил потребителям 170 млрд куб. м газа — на 13,3 млрд куб. м газа больше, чем за аналогичный период 2016 года.

OPEC WILL REDUCE
REUTERS - The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, non-member Russia and nine other producers agreed to curb oil output by about 1.8 million barrels per day until March 2018. They are expected to extend the deal at a Nov. 30 meeting in Vienna.

URALS QUALITY WILL DOWN
PLATTS - The quality of Russia's key Urals crude exports towards Europe will continue to fall next year as more of the country's low-sulfur oil flows are diverted eastward to China, Russian national oil pipeline operator Transneft warned.
