NOVATEK - KOGAS UNDERSTANDING
NOVATEK - According to the MOU, the parties agreed to explore opportunities for KOGAS to enter the Arctic LNG 2 project and possible LNG off-take from the project, participate in the LNG transshipment project in Kamchatka and other infrastructure projects, as well as develop cooperation in LNG trading and logistics optimization, including swap operations.

U.S. RIGS DOWN 7 TO 1,052
BAKER HUGHES A GE - U.S. Rig Count is down 7 rigs from last week to 1,052, with oil rigs down 1 to 862, gas rigs down 6 to 188 and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 2. Canada Rig Count is up 21 rigs from last week to 160, with oil rigs up 16 to 103 and gas rigs up 5 to 57.

GLOBAL OIL RESERVES UP BY 8.2BLN BBL
U.S. EIA - Collectively, these companies added a net 8.2 billion barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) to their proved reserves during 2017, which totaled 277 billion BOE at the end of the year. Exploration and development (E&D) spending in 2017 increased 11% from 2016 levels, but remained 47% lower than 2013 levels.

GAZPROM FOR GERMANY: +13%
GAZPROM - The meeting highlighted that Germany continued to ramp up its imports of Russian gas. According to preliminary data, from January 1 through June 19, 2018, Gazprom supplied Germany with 28.2 billion cubic meters of gas, an increase of 13.1 per cent from the same period of 2017.

THE LARGEST VENEZUELA'S OIL
U.S. EIA - Venezuela holds the largest oil reserves in the world, in large part because of the heavy oil reserves in the Orinoco Oil Basin. In addition to oil reserves, Venezuela has sizeable natural gas reserves, although the development of natural gas lags significantly behind that of oil. However, in the wake of political and economic instability in the country, crude oil production has dramatically decreased, reaching a multi-decades low in mid-2018.

U.S. OIL PRODUCTION + 141 TBD, GAS PRODUCTION + 1,135 MCFD
EIA - Crude oil production from the major US onshore regions is forecast to increase 141,000 b/d month-over-month in June from 7,198 to 7,339 thousand barrels/day , gas production to increase 1,135 million cubic feet/day from 68,624 to 69,759 million cubic feet/day .

NORWAY'S OIL PRODUCTION 1.629 MBD DOWN 236 TBD
NPD - Preliminary production figures for May 2018 show an average daily production of 1 629 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, which is a decrease of 236 000 barrels per day compared to April.

UKRAINIAN CORRUPTION NEED CHANGES
IMF - “In this regard, I commended the President for his leadership that enabled the approval of the law, and welcomed his intention to make the court operational by the end of this year. We agreed that it is now important for parliament to quickly approve the supplementary law submitted by the President to formally establish the court, as well as the necessary amendments to restore the requirement that the HACC will adjudicate all cases under its jurisdiction, including all appeals of relevant first instance court decisions, as it was in the draft law approved in the first reading.

EXXON - AUSTRALIA LNG
PLATTS - ExxonMobil's planned LNG import project in Victoria will compete with AGL's planned LNG import terminal in the same state -- at Crib Point near Melbourne -- projected to come online by financial year 2020-2021, and AIE's project next door in the state of New South Wales, potentially at Port Kembla, Newcastle or Port Botany, expected by as early as 2020.
