U.S. commercial crude oil inventories decreased by 6.7 million barrels from the previous week to 452.3 million barrels.

Brent was up 25 cents, or 0.3% at $75.01 a barrel, WTI was up 41 cents, or 0.6% at $73.39 a barrel.

Brent fell 67 cents, or 0.9%, to $74.01 a barrel, WTI fell 83 cents, or 1.1%, to $72.08 a barrel.

The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) -- a group of rebels responsible for the bulk of the attacks on Nigeria's oil infrastructure -- have vowed to commence bombing of oil installations across the Niger Delta to protest the government's neglect of the region.

U.S. Rig Count is up 9 from last week to 470, Canada Rig Count is up 24 from last week to 117.

Brent was up 4 cents, or 0.1%, at $75.60 a barrel, WTI was up 1 cent, or less than 0.1%, at $73.31 a barrel.

OPEC+ negotiations on August production levels will pick up in earnest on June 29, with a meeting of the delegate-level advisory Joint Technical Committee, before the nine-country Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and Russia convene on June 30.

India is the world's third largest consumer of crude and a key market for many OPEC members.

Brent rose 30 cents, or 0.4%, to $75.49 a barrel, WTI climbed 31 cents, or 0.4%, to $73.39 a barrel.
