ЛУКОЙЛ: ПРИБЫЛЬ ВЫШЕ НА 33,7%
В первом квартале 2017 года чистая прибыль, относящаяся к акционерам ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ», составила 62,3 млрд руб., что на 33,7% выше, чем в четвертом квартале 2016 года, и на 45,5% выше, чем в первом квартале 2016 года. Значительное влияние на величину чистой прибыли оказал неденежный убыток по курсовым разницам. Без учета данного фактора чистая прибыль, относящаяся к акционерам ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ», за первый квартал 2017 года составила 97,1 млрд руб., увеличившись на 22,7% относительно аналогичного периода 2016 года.

WBG BOUGHT UKRAINE: $10 BLN
The World Bank’s current investment project portfolio in Ukraine amounts to about US$2.8 billion. Investments support improving basic public services that directly benefit ordinary people in areas such as water supply, sanitation, heating, power, roads, social protection and healthcare, as well as private sector development. Since Ukraine joined the World Bank in 1992, the Bank’s commitments to the country have totaled over US$10 billion in about 70 projects and programs.

UK OIL & GAS BREXIT
In terms of regulation and policy for the upstream oil and gas industry, much of the EU legislation and directives were either based on established UK customs and practices or are already enshrined in UK law. Although it will take some considerable time to untangle the complex regulatory and policy frameworks, the impact for the oil and gas industry is likely to be modest. In terms of the UK oil and gas tax system, little is expected to change as a result of Brexit as the EU has no remit over the UK’s fiscal regime for the industry.

UKRAINE PAYS MORE
Ukrainian state monopoly supplier Naftogaz Ukrainy has issued letters of credit under the loan agreement with Citi and Deutsche Bank secured by the World Bank. They total €220mn ($231mn) and will be used this month to buy gas from European suppliers selected through the World Bank’s auctions, it said March 1. It is planned to buy up to 1.1bn m³, with payment due in April upon completion of the relevant gas deliveries to Ukraine.

Добыча нефти Группой «ЛУКОЙЛ» за четвертый квартал и двенадцать месяцев 2016 года составила 22,7 и 92,0 млн тонн соответственно. Добыча за четвертый квартал без учета компенсационной нефти по проекту Западная Курна-2 в Ираке выросла на 2,5% по сравнению с третьим кварталом 2016 года.

SHELL SELLS $3.8 BLN
Shell has agreed to sell a package of UK North Sea assets to Chrysaor for a total of up to $3.8bn, including an initial consideration of $3.0bn and a payment of up to $600m between 2018-2021 subject to commodity price, with potential further payments of up to $180m for future discoveries.
