Brent rose $1.20, or 1.7%, to $72.65, WTI was at $69.19, up $1.05 or 1.5%.

We expect Brent prices will remain near current levels for the remainder of 2021, averaging $71/b during the fourth quarter of 2021 (4Q21). In 2022, we expect that growth in production from OPEC+, U.S. tight oil, and other non-OPEC countries will outpace slowing growth in global oil consumption and contribute to Brent prices declining to an annual average of $66/b.

U.S. commercial crude oil inventories decreased by 1.5 million barrels from the previous week to 423.9 million barrels.

Brent fell 2 cents to $71.67 a barrel, WTI rose 11 cents, or 0.2%, to $68.46 a barrel.

"With the recovery in the overall demand, refining and other related operational parameters have demonstrated an even more pronounced turnaround compared to the previous year," said Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, chairman of state-run Indian Oil Corp. the country's biggest refiner.

Brent rose 35 cents, or 0.5%, to $72.57 a barrel, WTI was at $69.16 a barrel.

Brent fell 98 cents, or 1.4%, to $71.63 a barrel, WTI was at $68.34 a barrel, down 95 cents, or 1.4%.

Reconfirm the production adjustment plan and the monthly production adjustment mechanism approved at the 19th ONOMM and the decision to adjust upward the monthly overall production by 0.4 mb/d for the month of October 2021.
