SHELL, QATAR LNG INVESTMENT $1.5 BLN
Qatar is carrying out another expansion plan, North Field East, which will cost almost $30 billion and is set to send out its first shipments in 2026. Some supply agreements have already been finalized for that project, Kaabi said.

SHELL LOSES $4 - $5 BLN
For the first quarter 2022 results, the post-tax impact from impairment of non-current assets and additional charges (e.g. write-downs of receivable, expected credit losses, and onerous contracts) relating to Russia activities are expected to be $4 to $5 billion.

UNIPER, SHELL LEAVE RUSSIA
The German energy group Uniper has decided to sever ties with Russia. Shell will withdraw from Russian hydrocarbons, including crude oil, petroleum products, gas and LNG in a phased manner.

SHELL LEAVES GAZPROM
The Board of Shell plc (“Shell”) announced its intention to exit its joint ventures with Gazprom and related entities, including its 27.5 percent stake in the Sakhalin-II liquefied natural gas facility, its 50 percent stake in the Salym Petroleum Development and the Gydan energy venture. Shell also intends to end its involvement in the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project.

SHELL LOSS $400 MLN
Third quarter 2021 income attributable to Royal Dutch Shell plc shareholders was a loss of $0.4 billion, which included non-cash charges of $5.2 billion due to the fair value accounting of commodity derivatives and post-tax impairment charges of $0.3 billion, partly offset by net gains on sale of assets of $0.3 billion.

SHELL, CONOCO AGREEMENT $9.5 BLN
