Rosneft and Indian ONGC Videsh Limited during the Eastern Economic Forum signed the agreement of sale and purchase of 15% in Vankorneft and shareholders agreement in regard of the enterprise management. The document was signed by the Chairman of Rosneft Management Board Igor Sechin and Managing Director of ONGC Videsh Limited Narendra Verma.

Thanks to measures on cost optimization and control adjusted earnings before interests, tax and depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to RUB 326 bln (USD 6.3 bln) and increased by 14.0%, adjusted EBITDА margin reached 24.8% in Q2 2015 compared to Q1 2015. Adjusted EBITDA for the H1 2015 increased by 3.2% compared to H1 2014 up to RUB 612 bln.

A company of the Rosneft Group and a subsidiary of Trican Well Service Ltd. signed a framework agreement and ancillary documents, pursuant to which a Rosneft subsidiary agreed to acquire a 100% shareholding in Trican Well Service LLC, which provides high-quality pressure pumping services focused on enhancement of production within the conventional oil and gas industry in Russia.

Rosneft increased technical drilling volumes at the Company’s production assets by 27% in 7 months of 2015. Based on the January through July 2015 results the overall drilling progress accounted to 4.585 mln m, whilst during the same period of 2014 the figure was 3.605 mln m.

The Company is creating an accounting system calculating losses from the application of illegitimate sanctions, without reflecting them on the Company balance. Subsequently, the amount of losses will be submitted for reimbursement in court.

Rosneft and Statoil ASA completed drilling works as part of the Pilot Project at the PK1 layer of the North-Komsomolskoye field. During 2015 the companies jointly drilled 2 horizontal exploitation wells.

На фоне снижения мировых цен (-12% в рублевом выражении по отношению к 1 кв. 2014 г.) эффективное распределение ресурсов и использование высокомаржинальных каналов реализации позволили скомпенсировать снижение выручки, составившее 6,3% по отношению к 1 кв. 2014 г.

Venezuela and Russia's top oil producer, Rosneft, have agreed on around $14 billion in investment in the South American OPEC country's oil and gas sector, President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday evening.
