МИНЭКОНОМРАЗВИТИЯ РОССИИ - Министр экономического развития РФ Максим Орешкин в ходе государственного визита Президента РФ Владимира Путина в Сингапур подписал совместное заявление по российско-сингапурскому Соглашению о торговле услугами и инвестициям. С сингапурской стороны документ подписал Министр торговли и промышленности Чан Чун Синг.

Thousands of miles to the east, the Power of Siberia pipeline will connect with China, and a project under the Black Sea will deliver fuel to Turkey and southeast Europe.

NGW - Although US secondary sanctions against Iran’s petroleum sector resumed on November 5, Russia will most likely defy them by continuing to invest in Iran’s natural gas sector. Russia may also seek to influence the flow of Iran’s natural gas into the European market, where it could undermine Russia’s political-economic interests if not coordinated with Moscow.

PLATTS - Asia is a growing market for Russian energy, including LNG, and a potential source of investment for the world's largest producer of resources and minerals. The Kremlin has increasingly looked to build its presence in the Asian region following the imposition of tough sanctions by the US on Russia.

PLATTS - "It is obvious that we need to cooperate with Saudi Arabia, and we are going to cooperate with Saudi Arabia. OPEC plus has been very positive, and we see that in the market situation," Putin told reporters in Singapore during a briefing broadcast on Russia 24.

CNBC - Saudi Arabia, OPEC's biggest producer and the world's top crude exporter, intends to cut shipments by 500,000 barrels a day in December, Khalid al Falih, the country's energy minister said on Sunday. Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Sunday he wasn't convinced the oil market would be oversupplied in 2019. Russia is the world's second biggest oil producer after the United States and, along with Saudi Arabia, plays an influential role in the oil alliance.
