Министр особо подчеркнул, что рост добычи сланцевой нефти в США не является риском для России, сейчас её доля на рынке составляет около 11% и планируется сохранять добычу на достигнутых уровнях. «Мы являемся одним из крупнейших производителей нефти в мире, мы в своей стратегии предусматриваем в ближайшие 20 лет сохранение объемов добычи на достигнутом уровне», — отметил глава Минэнерго России.
