BLOOMBERG - West Texas Intermediate for January delivery gained as much as 97 cents to $57.80 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange and was at $57.72 at 1 p.m. in Hong Kong. The contract added 41 cents to $56.83 on Tuesday. Brent for January settlement added 44 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $63.01 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange after climbing 0.6 percent on Tuesday. The global benchmark traded at a premium of $5.31 to WTI.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) announced its 2018 capital expectations and guidance. In 2018, the company expects to make capital investments in the range of $4.2 to $4.6 billion. The capital program is designed to enhance shareholder value by delivering attractive margins and returns, while advancing the development of the company's core assets within discretionary cash flow.

U.S. Rig Count is up 330 rigs from last year's count of 593, with oil rigs up 273, gas rigs up 58, and miscellaneous rigs down 1 to 0. Canada Rig Count is up 41 rigs from last year's count of 174, with oil rigs up 13, gas rigs up 30, and miscellaneous rigs down 2 to 2.

FT - OCI — the world’s third-largest polysilicon maker by capacity and South Korea’s biggest — this month reported a 3,373 per cent increase in operating profit to Won78.7bn ($72m) for the July-September quarter, its best performance in five years. Rival Hanwha Chemical saw third-quarter net profit jump 25 per cent to a record Won252bn. 

REUTERS - The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, non-member Russia and nine other producers agreed to curb oil output by about 1.8 million barrels per day until March 2018. They are expected to extend the deal at a Nov. 30 meeting in Vienna.

BLOOMBERG - As Saudi Arabia led OPEC’s output cuts this year to shrink a global glut, it’s lost out on market share in the world’s biggest energy consumer. Russia in September retained the top Chinese supplier spot for the seventh straight month, while the kingdom was third.

PLATTS - The quality of Russia's key Urals crude exports towards Europe will continue to fall next year as more of the country's low-sulfur oil flows are diverted eastward to China, Russian national oil pipeline operator Transneft warned.

В прошлом году компания установила рекорд экспорта в дальнее зарубежье — 179,3 млрд куб. м. В 2017 году потребление российского газа продолжило уверенный рост — по состоянию на 22 ноября «Газпром» поставил потребителям 170 млрд куб. м газа — на 13,3 млрд куб. м газа больше, чем за аналогичный период 2016 года.

МИНЭНЕРГО РОССИИ - Александр Новак отметил плодотворное взаимодействие между компаниями «Газпром» и боливийской государственной нефтегазовой компанией «ЯПФБ». «Убежден, что участие ПАО «Газпром» совместно с «ЯПФБ» в освоении лицензионных блоков «Асеро», «Ипати» и «Акио» будет коммерчески успешным для наших стран», - сказал Министр.

МИНЭНЕРГО РОССИИ - «Очень важным моментом в новой декларации является четкий сигнал о том, что все без исключения страны ФСЭГ выступают против односторонних экономических, торговых и таможенных санкций, направленных на ограничение свободной торговли природным газом и негативно сказывающихся как на интересах поставщиков, так и потребителей», - отметил Александр Новак.

BLOOMBERG - WTI for January delivery was at $58.43 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange at 1:25 p.m. in Singapore, up 41 cents. The contract added $1.19 to $58.02 on Wednesday. There was no settlement Thursday because of the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. and all transactions will be booked Friday. Brent for January settlement lost 14 cents, or 0.2 percent, to $63.41 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Prices rose 23 cents to $63.55 on Thursday. The global benchmark crude traded at a premium of $4.98 to WTI.

МИНЭНЕРГО РОССИИ - «Мы видим, что с рынка ушло примерно 50% излишком запасов нефти, мы видим, что цена сбалансировалась и вышла на достаточно приемлемый уровень в районе 60 и выше долларов за баррель марки Brent, инвестиции начали уже в 17-м году расти, а до этого они 15-16-й год падали. Тем не менее, мы не достигли еще до конца цели по балансировке рынка, и сегодня практически все выступают за то, что необходимо продлить сделку дополнительно для того, чтобы достичь окончательных целей. В принципе, Россия тоже поддерживает такие предложения, рассматриваются разные варианты».

МИНЭНЕРГО РОССИИ - «Совместно мы занимаем более 60% рынка газа. Наши общие запасы по последним оценкам составляют 70% от общемировых. По прогнозам к 2040 году глобальные потребности в газе увеличатся на почти на 60%, и данный показатель может быть еще пересмотрен в большую сторону, основываясь на глобальной климатической повестке».

REUTERS - Indeed, mining and heavy industry contributed the biggest gains in October, propelling overall industrial profits by 25.1 percent year-on-year to 745.4 billion yuan ($112.94 billion), compared with a 27.7 percent jump in September, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Monday.

BLOOMBERG - West Texas Intermediate for January delivery was at $58.51 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, down 44 cents, at 10:22 a.m. London time. Total volume traded was about 24 percent above the 100-day average. Prices gained 93 cents to $58.95 on Friday, capping a 4.2 percent weekly advance. Brent for January settlement fell 21 cents to $63.65 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange, after rising 1.8 percent last week. The global benchmark crude traded at a premium of $5.11 to WTI.

BLOOMBERG - Global crude inventories are declining and supply and demand are in balance, according to the head of Saudi Aramco, while the United Arab Emirates energy minister said U.S. shale oil doesn’t threaten OPEC’s efforts to support the market.

PLATTS - A bullish weather forecast for much of the US provided a boost for gas futures coming out of the four-day Thanksgiving holiday, with NYMEX December settling Monday at $2.928/MMBtu, up 11.5 cents from Friday's close.

PLATTS - Asia LNG spot prices surged to a near three-year high Monday as surging Chinese demand and robust oil prices coincided with persistent supply anxieties.
