The document sets the price of the deal during which OMV will obtain a 24.98 per cent stake in the project for developing Blocks 4A and 5A in the Achimov formations of the Urengoyskoye field at EUR 905 million (USD 1.02 billion at the cross rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of June 7, 2019). The parties plan to enter into the final agreement on the deal before the end of 2019.

Gazprom's supplies to Hungary from January 1 through June 5, 2019, totaled 4.3 billion cubic meters of gas, a 57.5 per cent increase versus the same period of 2018.

The meeting participants reviewed issues related to cooperation between the companies. Particular attention was paid to joint actions for hydrocarbon production in Russia, namely at the Urengoyskoye and Yuzhno-Russkoye fields.

It was pointed out that the French demand for Russian natural gas has been on the rise for the last four years.

The parties reviewed issues related to bilateral cooperation, paying special attention to the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 project. To date, more than 1,402 kilometers of pipes – over 57 per cent of the gas pipeline's total length – have been laid in the Baltic Sea.

In 2018, Gazprom exported to Serbia 2.15 billion cubic meters of gas, a 1.2 per cent increase from 2017 (2.12 billion cubic meters).

Profit attributable to owners of PJSC Gazprom amounted to RUB 535,908 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019 which is by RUB 164,285 million, or 44%, more than for the same period of the prior year.
