NORWAY'S NOVEMBER PRODUCTION 2.016 MBD
Norway's preliminary production figures for November 2019 show an average daily production of 2 016 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, which is an increase of 235 000 barrels per day compared to October.

OPEC+ OIL PRODUCTION DOWN 1.7 MBD
The 7th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting, hereby decided for an additional adjustment of 500 tb/d to the adjustment levels as agreed at the 175th Meeting of the OPEC Conference and 5th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting. These would lead to total adjustments of 1.7 mb/d. In addition, several participating countries, mainly Saudi Arabia, will continue their additional voluntary contributions, leading to adjustments of more than 2.1 mb.

RUSSIA'S OIL PRODUCTION 11.244 MBD
Russia agreed to reduce its output by 228,000 bpd to about 11.18 million bpd in 2019 as part of cuts by the group of producers, known as OPEC+, which agreed to cut their combined output by 1.2 million bpd or 1.2% of global demand.

U.S. PRODUCTION: OIL + 49 TBD, GAS + 263 MCFD
Crude oil production from the major US onshore regions is forecast to increase 49,000 b/d month-over-month in November from 9,084 to 9,133 thousand barrels/day, gas production to increase 263 million cubic feet/day from 84,930 to 85,193 million cubic feet/day .

CHINA'S GAS PRODUCTION WILL UP
In June 2019, the Chinese government introduced a subsidy program that established new incentives for production of natural gas from tight formations and extended existing subsidies for production from shale and coalbed methane resources. This subsidy is scheduled to be in effect through 2023. In addition to the changes in the subsidy program, the government allowed foreign companies to operate independently in the country’s oil and natural gas upstream sector.
