RUSSIA'S OIL PRODUCTION 11.4 MBD
BLOOMBERG - Russia’s crude and condensate output averaged 11.412 million barrels a day last month, according to data from the Energy Ministry’s CDU-TEK unit released Friday. That’s about 160,000 barrels a day more than two years ago, before Russia agreed to cut supply with OPEC. It’s a post-Soviet record, and not far off the highest-ever output.

OPEC: CONFORMITY LEVEL 111%
OPEC - The JMMC noted that countries participating in the ‘Declaration of Cooperation’ achieved a conformity level of 111% in September 2018, which shows significant progress towards the goal set at the 4th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting of 23 June 2018.

RUSSIA: NO REASON OIL FREESE
REUTERS - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Saturday there was no reason for Russia to freeze or cut its oil production levels, noting that there were risks that global oil markets could be facing a deficit.

U.S. OIL PRODUCTION 11 MBD
API - The American Petroleum Institute’s latest monthly statistical report shows the U.S. produced a record 11.0 million barrels of crude oil per day (mb/d) in September. U.S. liquid fuels production grew 2.2 mb/d year-over-year (y/y), and the U.S. met virtually all global oil demand growth. As supply increased, crude oil inventories also rose in September but remained nearly 14 percent below those of September 2017.

NORWAY'S PETROLEUM PRODUCTION 1.6 MBD
NPD - Preliminary production figures for September 2018 show an average daily production of 1 607 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, which is a decrease of 255 000 barrels per day compared to August.

U.S. INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION UP 0.3%
U.S. FRB - Industrial production increased 0.3 percent in September, about the same rate of change as in the previous two months. Output growth in September was held down slightly by Hurricane Florence, with an estimated effect of less than 0.1 percentage point.

U.S. EIA - Crude oil production from the major US onshore regions is forecast to increase 98,000 b/d month-over-month in November from 7,616 to 7,714 thousand barrels/day , gas production to increase 957 million cubic feet/day from 73,104 to 74,061 million cubic feet/day .
