ADNOC INVESTMENT AGREEMENT $4 BLN
MEOG - The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has signed a multi-billion-dollar midstream pipeline infrastructure partnership with KKR and BlackRock. Through a newly formed entity, ADNOC Oil Pipelines, ADNOC will lease its interest in 18 pipelines for a 23-year period. ADNOC received upfront proceeds of $4bn from the transaction, which is expected to close in Q3 2019.

OIL PRICE: ABOVE $66 YET
REUTERS - International Brent crude futures were at $66.41 per barrel, down 4 cents from their last close, though still not far off their 2019 high of $66.83 per barrel, hit on Monday. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures hit 2019 highs of $56.39 per barrel on Wednesday but had slipped back to $56.16 per barrel by 0746 GMT, which was slightly above their last settlement.

LUKOIL - According to the SEC classification, the Company's proved hydrocarbon reserves totaled 15.9 billion barrels of oil equivalent, 76% of which stood for liquids. The proved reserves replacement ratio for liquids totaled 101%. In Russia, the main region of LUKOIL's operations, the replacement ratio reached 127%. The Company's proved hydrocarbon reserves life is 19 years.
