Russia has completed the first phase of nuclear accident-tolerant fuel (ATF) reactor testing at a government research facility. The achievement paves the way for ATF testing at a Russian commercial nuclear plant, which could begin in 2020.

U.S. GDP UP 1.9%
Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased at an annual rate of 1.9 percent in the third quarter of 2019 , according to the "advance" estimate released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis. In the second quarter, real GDP increased 2.0 percent.
