In the first quarter 2020, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 150.2 million barrels of oil equivalent

Profit attributable to shareholders of PAO NOVATEK increased to RR 865.5 billion (RR 287.39 per share), or 5.3 times, as compared to 2018.

The organic reserve replacement rate, excluding the effect from acquisitions and disposals, which mainly related to the disposal of 40% participation interest in Arctic LNG 2 project, amounted to 252%, with the addition of 1,487 million boe, inclusive of 2019 production.

In 2019, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 590.1 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), including 74.70 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 12,148 thousand tons of liquids (gas condensate and crude oil), resulting in an increase in total hydrocarbons produced by 41.0 million boe, or by 7.5% as compared with the twelve months 2018.

NOVATEK announced that Yamal LNG is no longer considered a “Blocked Person” under the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control or “OFAC” rules.

In the third quarter 2019, NOVATEK’s hydrocarbon production totaled 145.2million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), including 18.31 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 3,041 thousand tons of liquids (gas condensate and crude oil), resulting in an increase in total hydrocarbons produced by 7.2 million boe, or by 5.2% as compared with the third quarter 2018.

The Yamal LNG project has all the necessary capacities to ensure supplies of LNG produced to customers in accordance with contractual obligations within the agreed timelines.

The MOU envisages cooperation in LNG supplies to India on a long-term basis, joint investment in future LNG terminals of H-Energy and LNG projects of NOVATEK, as well as establishing a joint venture to market LNG and natural gas from NOVATEK’s portfolio to end-customers in India, Bangladesh and other markets.

Profit attributable to shareholders of PAO NOVATEK increased to RR 69.2 billion (RR 22.97 per share), or by 115.9%, in the second quarter of 2019 and to RR 451.0 billion (RR 149.73 per share), or six-fold, in the first half of 2019 as compared to the corresponding periods in 2018.
