CHINA'S WIND ENERGY 43 GW
China’s offshore wind capacity stood at 26.4 GW by end-2021. This is the world's largest offshore wind installed capacity, followed by the United Kingdom (12.7 GW).

SWEDEN WIND ENERGY 2.8 GW
The Vidar and Poseidon projects, located off Sweden’s west coast near Gothenburg, will primarily consist of floating wind turbines and will be able to generate 10.5 TWh/year of electricity when fully developed.

BRAZILIAN WIND ENERGY 5 GW
Brazil does not yet possess offshore wind capacities (but 20.8 GW for onshore wind in 2021) but several other offshore wind projects are currently planned in the country.
