“Ограничения могут замедлить спрос в этом году до 1 млн баррелей. Если бы не сделка ОПЕК, мы бы увидели другие инвестиции в отрасль. Приведу пример: если до кризиса 2014 года объем инвестиций в отрасль составлял $900 млрд в год, то в период 2015 года падение было в два раза, до $500 млрд. Сейчас инвестиции выросли до $550-600 млрд в год, тем не менее, это позволяет обеспечивать предложение на рынке, превышающее существующий спрос”, - отметил Александр Новак.
